Infrastructure Credit Guarantee Company Limited ("InfraCredit") is a 'AAA' rated infrastructure credit enhancement facility established as a commercial entity and backed by the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority, GuarantCo, Africa Finance Corporation and KfW Development Bank to provide guarantees to enhance the credit quality of local currency debt instruments issued to finance infrastructure projects in Nigeria.

The specific objective of the Company is to provide guarantees to enhance the credit quality of local currency debt instruments issued by creditworthy entities to finance eligible infrastructure projects in Nigeria, in order to attract a pool of long-term capital such as the pension funds and insurance companies.
