          TruValue Labs casts a wide net looking for ESG data around the internet.  Our sources are vetted for quality and relevance, not for viewpoint.  That's how we're able to include information from company critics as well as company officials.  Beyond those extremes in bias, we track news providers with a range of ideological bents, and industry organizations plus consumer advocates.  Our system is geared to include inputs from stakeholders and interested parties as a matter of course, with a simple objective assessment of topical relevance as the criteria for inclusion.

          Events and news items that are processed by our system are initially screened to determine whether they match in accepted ESG categories.  Ratings and research are viewable however a subscriber wants, using those discrete categories--so ratings and underlying data can be viewed by individual ESG factor or a custom selection of ESG factors that matter to the individual subscriber.

          Materiality is a key factor for investors.   We sort our data by ESG topics, then empower our subscribers to choose the material ESG issues that matter to them when viewing the performance of a company, a sector, a benchmark, or a portfolio.

06.1. Describe how you ensure your assessment of companies is up-to-date and that new information is incorporated or new assessments are conducted at reasonable intervals.

          Timeliness is a key attribute of our platform.  With our scalable artificial intelligence, we update company scoring in a variety of ESG categories multiple times daily.  Once new items enter the system they are scored and added to our charts and ratings in a matter of seconds.

          We track ESG performance momentum.  Our scoring system gives recent events greater influence over score changes, meaning that current happenings send a powerful ESG signal in a company's chart.

          The broad categories we use each contribute to an overall score.  The events have equal weight in overall scores no matter which category they are from.   Subscribers can choose to create custom charts, balancing only the ESG factors they care about.

          Along with timeliness, objectivity is another major advantage of our platform.   TruValue Labs is categorically unlike ratings firms that rely on human analysts and must deal with individual company bias and methodological consistency.   Our artificial intelligence is not perfect, but it is perfectly consistent.   Language processing and sentiment scoring is conducted the same way for Company A as it is for Company B...and for Company Z.
