          Our platform for ESG data allows investors to search for the factors they care about.  Company, sector, and benchmark performance can be compared within individual E, S, and G factors, or with groups of factors that are selected to align with materiality or investment philosophy.
Investors may want to engage with management; if so, our tool offers an easy-to-use interface for deep dives along a variety of topics, with all data used for scoring directly available for investor inspection and research use.

From the beginning of our client training process, we inform subscribers about our methodology and point them to our Feedback tool, which is available throughout the application.  With the Feedback tool, clients can report concerns, request changes and improvements, and directly engage with our data  and product teams, who use this feedback in the engineering process.   We consider client feedback when making changes to our artificial intelligence, and when considering new features and functionality to serve investment professionals.
