          Regnan provides advice to clients on how to incorporate RI priorities into manager selection processes.  This involves understanding the asset owners’ principles and priorities ahead of recommending ways that existing selection processes, can be adjusted to incorporate RI priorities.

          Regnan provides services to asset owner clients who wish to understand ESG characteristics of portfolios or mandates, and this can include reviewing the manner in which ESG factors are evident in manager processes or outputs. Regnan does not independently monitor managers.

          Regnan provides services to asset owner clients who wish to understand ESG characteristics of portfolios or mandates, and this can include reviewing the manner in which ESG factors are evident in manager processes or outputs. Regnan does not independently monitor managers and therefore does not raise concerns other than with the client.

          N/A.  Regnan only undertakes these activities as part of a bespoke advisory service, and therefore reporting is a necessary part of this activity.  Regnan does independently select, appoint or monitor managers.
