Our service provider has a voting policy that is adhered to and they provide recommendations and automatically vote on our behalf. However, we look over each voting decision to ensure it falls within our policy and change the vote if required. We then monitor voting decisions.

We use a proxy voting service that identifies policies that do not align with our values, and we also have an inhouse analyst to provide oversight and make sure that we do not vote against our values.
