Chahine Capital is an independent management company based in Luxembourg and a pioneer in quantitative Momentum management applied to long-only equity strategies.

Chahine Capital manages the Digital Funds SICAV, founded in 1998. Digital Funds apply a long-only strategy on momentum applied to European or American listed equities.

Starting with the analysis of a considerable amount of financial data, our algorithmic models identify Stars companies which offer a good potential of outperforming the markets.

Our dynamic and quantitative investment process is 100% bottom-up. Its added value results of an active selection of securities.

This process is extremely rigorous : any unintentional bias, risk factors, the weight of each security in our portfolios, their liquidity, are all strictly controlled.

Mechanism to manage a conflict of interest at J.Chahine Capital:

- the detected conflict of interest is identified by the Compliance Officer, or brought to his attention by the concerned employee;

- the Head of Compliance must propose a solution to deal with the conflict, giving priority to the interest of the client or the UCITS under management, and necessarily informs him/her in writing. As stipulated in Article 13 of the Code of General Ethics, unresolved conflicts of interest will be reported to the Board of Directors and resolved. in the manner determined by him;

- J.Chahine Capital abstains definitively if no solution allows to respect the principle stated above;

- the conflict of interest must be recorded in the specific register held by J.Chahine Capital. This register records the types of collective portfolio management and discretionary management activities carried out by J.Chahine Capital for which a conflict of interest involving a significant risk of harming the interests of one or more UCITS or other customers has occurred or is likely to occur;

- the Chief Compliance Officer must then propose corrective actions to prevent such occurrences in the future conflict
