1) ESG Elements and our approach to integration is included in all documentation.

2) Our policy and approach describes how ESG factors are addressed and considered during the pre-investment processes.

3) Post investment processes to ESG include annual benchmarking using internal and external benchmarks. In addition we monitor performance and contribution to a low carbon economy

INF 04. Formal commitments to RI

04.1. Indicate whether your organisation makes formal commitments in fund formation contracts, Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) or in side letters relating to responsible investment in infrastructure when requested by clients.

04.2. Additional information.

With funds, we make the formal commitment to respect sector guidelines in relation to certain industries such as coal related activities. In addition, we commit to participate in market benchmarks and conduct annual assessments of investments utilising an internal proprietary methodology, along with describing our ESG approach for infrastructure debt.
