11.3. Additional information. [Optional]

AXA IM - Real Assets is an active developer of real estate assets - either in specific development funds or as an option for acquisition or as a strategic option for an existing asset under management.

Developments and major refurbishments are seen as a key opportunity to drive forward ESG and Sustainability criteria. When undertaking developments, we ensure newly built properties have environmental certifications (BREEAM, LEED, HQE, DGNB, Minergie), which correspond to local market expectations. In addition to being a useful marketing tool, we consider certifications of new buildings as evidence, not only for the value we add, but also as a form of guarantee for the buildings' future value by meeting increasing market standards and demand.

AXA IM - Real Assets applies a strict sustainability policy - encompassing both initial construction and design and use - to all developed buildings and this is reflected in contractual appointments.
