AXA IM - Real Assets delegates day to day property management to a number of outsourced providers. The relationship is managed closely by the Asset Management teams in country with budget controls and an Asset Plan, which dictates strategy at individual asset level, particularly around the engagement with ESG topics.

The AXA IM - Real Assets team retain investment decision making (e.g. buy/hold/sell decisions) subject to the governance referred to above.
