08.3. Describe how your organisation, and/or property managers, considers ESG issues in post-investment activities related to your property assets.

Post investment activities will be based on continuous monitoring of key data mainly (but not exclusively) on the active management of assets within our portfolios with the assistance of an internally developed platform to monitor key performance data of assets. This platform is accessible by fund managers, asset managers, and property managers to actively monitor ESG metrics and follow performance upgrades.

Within AXA IM - Real Assets, Asset Managers in local teams have dedicated property assets which they will actively manage. ESG factors form part of that process, as well as forming a key element in the business or asset plan. Each asset manager is required to conduct an annual ESG score with a dedicated ESG action plan, to make recommendations for improvement to the overall performance of the asset.

Ultimate responsibility is with a Fund Manager, who sets the strategy for the relevant fund or mandate based on client needs, based in regular dialogue with the asset managers.

The Global Sustainability Team is available to offer guidance and advice across the business units.
