Overview

AXA IM - Real Assets indirectly monitors whether the underlying creditor continues to abide by all applicable environmental laws, rules, and regulations. If a borrower fails to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, the borrower is required to notify AXA IM Real Assets which could trigger an event of default under the financial documentation unless remedied in an agreed time period.

Infrastructure Monitoring and Operations
