Usually, there is no ESG policy implemented.

Early in the process (before submitting a LOI) we check if there are major ESG issues that would prevent us from investing into the company.

two kinds of conflict :

- Among the management team : all potential conflicts have to be declared to the internal controler (RCCI) who decide what has to be implemented

- Among related parties (comitee members) : when we investigate a new investment opportunity, we send an email with the opportunity code name and if they are conflicted they are temporary excluded from the comitee.
