Private equity

Adopting the policy on responsible investments identify several stages of actively addressing ESG issues. Mainly though during the screening of investments and the investment and holding period. Stefnir has identified that through its already strong competences in governance these factors will be most applicable however the PE team is identifying other factors relating to ESG where through holding and managing entities Stefnir can promote and support E and S issues within invested companies.

Property

Property development connects to ESG factors in numerous ways and on very different impact levels. The Real Estate development team is currently identifying their core competencies in incorporating ESG factors to all stages of property development.
