As stated previously, post-investment Glenmont actively manages for ESG factors by setting and monitoring health and safety standards and continuously managing the impact of its operations on the environment. The positive impact on the environment and the reduction of carbon emissions are measured and reported. Glennmont is also committed to the central role of its clean energy assets as an active member of local communities. Examples of Glennmont’s work in this respect include providing heat free of charge to five local, public offtakers in Lincolnshire, England through 25 year heat deeds, and the restoration of sites of historic significance in Italy. Glennmont and its service providers are also routinely in dialogue with other stakeholders, such as those living near our assets, or working on them.
