GSF joined the collaborative engagement with Vale following the tailings dam collapse in Brazil in Jan 2019

GSF along with NZSF, have been key drivers behind the establishment of the NZ Corporate Governance forum.

meetings are held quarterly to discuss and implement key RI activies such as policies and practices, engagement activities, research and reference, and ESG intergration

GSF has a resource sharing agreement with the New Zealand Superannuation Fund. It is their role to act as secretariat and collaborate on RI issues. Some of our managers are the same, and New Zealand Superannuation Fund continually assesses and rates their RI capabilities.
