Christian Super reviews the votes of all external managers, and reports to the Ethics Committee on a biannual basis, and discloses a summar of votes on an annual basis. Where company meetings have been failed to be voted on, external managers will be contacted for an explanation.
Christian Super delegates the role of proxy voting to its external managers, however retains the right to override manager votes. On a best endeavours basis, managers report their voting intentions prior to voting deadline.
