We are a very small organization. We have 2 Portfolio managers who are also analysts; one of them is also CIO and a managing partner. We jointly incorporate ESG into our analytical process, investment selection process, and vetting process of external managers. We report to the CEO and other partners who are also a client services/relationship managers, who aim to engage with clients on ESG investment, educate clients where needed, and increase the interest of our clients in ESG aspects of their investments.
