About us

KJK Management SA (“KJK”) is an independent partner owned asset manager focused on servicing the needs of institutional investors. While our company was founded in 2010 all our key personnel and Directors have more than 15 years of experience in investment management.

Our special focus is on private and public equity investment in European Frontier markets where KJK combines local expertise with international best practices. We provide global institutional investors access to opportunities into Frontier Europe which would otherwise be inaccessible.

KJK’s network covers 8 offices across Europe with 18 highly experienced investment professionals

KJK Management S.A. has an AIFM licence and is regulated by Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg.

Description: The investment objective of KJK Fund III S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF is to build a diversified portfolio by mainly investing in direct equity investments into both small or medium size private and public companies, mainly in the field of export-oriented manufacturing, food and beverage, as well as agribusiness, in Eastern Europe with special focus on South Eastern Europe and the Baltic countries. The Fund shall not invest in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus or Turkey.
