BPF Schilders takes care of the pension of all employees and entrepreneurs in the Painters, Finishing and Glazing Company sector.

BPF Schilders (in full: Industry Pension Fund for the Painting, Finishing and Glazing) is an independent foundation that is supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). BPF Schilders aims to provide participants and their relatives with a good pension at an acceptable price. Reliability, solidarity and collectivity are paramount. BPF Schilders strives for a solid, honest and socially responsible management of invested capital. Approximately € 6.9 billion of assets are invested for approximately 109,000 affiliated active, retired and former members.

The board of the fund consists of a representation of the employer and employee organizations in the sector. The board has been supplemented with a board member on behalf of the self-employed and a board member on behalf of the pensioners. The board has been expanded with independent experts in the field of risk management and asset management.

BPF Schilders has existed since 1951. Everyone who works in this sector is automatically a participant in the pension scheme. This applies to both employees and entrepreneurs with or without staff.
