Norsad become a signatory in  2017. This is our second mandatory reporting. In November 2019 Norsad Finance co-sponsored the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment ("PRI") Investor Breakfast held in Gaborone, in collaboration with local signatories, under the theme, "Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") Integration and Responsible Investment: What Investors Need to Know". This collaboration was one of the many ways to adopt best practices for responsible investment and bolster a stronger culture of ESG practice for local asset owners. We also contribute towards the PRI principals through our investments in preferred impact sectors, and our commitment to improving our impact reporting on our investee companies year-on-year.
