Firstly, we have the ability to log in to a portal either ahead of voting or after voting has been actioned to view how our provider has voted on a particular security. This assists in spot checking certain voting matters. As indicated, we have approved the policy of the service provider. From this, our provider has hard coded rules into thier automated system as controls. Should one of these controls be breached (meaning the agreed voting policy guidelines have not been met), this triggers an automated notification for our voting provider and us as the client for investigation and remedy.
