          Reduction of Utilities Consumption by 20% by 2020 from a 2015 baseline.
        
          Achieve 100% diversion from Landfill for all Managed Sites and Construction Projects
        
          No Properties to have an EPC Rating of F & G by 2023.
        
          Reduction of 15% achieved in 2020 measures - corrected against an increase of Portfolio and transitioning to Energy Intensity measures as opposed to an absolute basis.
        
          100% achieved for Construction Sites - with Contractual Obligation placed against the Principal Contractor - at Managed Property Level the recycling level achieved is 78%.
        
          In the Direct Property Portfolio there are currently 7% of Properties assessed as F&G.

          All Major Construction Partners adopt and adhere to the AEGON principles of Sustainable Procurement obligations and requirements.
        
          Development of Social Accounts / Social Return on Investment Methodology as applied to Property Fund Range
        
          
        
          This is defined in the standard conditions of Contract and a requirement to achieve Approved
Supplier basis from AAM.
        
          In place for the Heathcare Fund - requires external validation

The KPI's are currently being reviewed in that the Kames Property Business is now a Business Unit with the Global Real Assets Business of Aegon Asset Management - this will require a transition of the measures to incorporate all of the Real Estate managed within Global Real Assets (UK / Europe / US).
