07.3. Provide a brief description of your organisations selection, appointment and monitoring of third party property managers and how they contribute to the management of ESG issues for your property investments.

Manager has clear ESG targets. The manager has financial incentives to perform according to the ESG targets. In addtion we have a dedicated energy manager that reports quarterly based regarding energy efficiency figures and targets. Regular tenant satisfaction survey two times a year. Based on the results of the survey, the improvement plan is prepared and the property manager implements this plan.
