Apera Capital Private Debt Fund I SCSp ("the Fund") is managed by a third party AIFM. Investment decisions for the Fund are made by the AIFM, the Fund's client to whom Apera provides advisory services. However, for the purposes of this report, we have assumed all investments to be internally managed, and investment decisions to be made by Apera, as we deem this to be the most appropriate tailoring of this questionnaire for our business.
