          Based on the evidence KPMG obtained from the procedures performed, KPMG are not aware of any material misstatements in the Cbus Responsible Investment Transparency Report for the year ended 31 December 2019, which has been prepared by Cbus in accordance with the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) 2020 Reporting Framework.

          The KPMG external assurance opinion is relevant to this PRI report and therefore is not public as yet. The relevant KPMG assurance opinion has been attached as a document. This module cannot be completed unless a URL link is provided. As such, a URL has been provided to the Cbus Annual Integrated Report that KPMG provided assurance over for FY19 and a link to the Cbus Sustainability website.
