The Quercus Group (“Quercus”) was founded in 2010 by Diego Biasi and Simone Borla and specializes in clean energy investments across the spectrum of the capital structure.

Quercus Investment Partners Limited (“QIP”) is regulated by the FCA in the United Kingdom and acts as main advisor to Quercus Assets Selection Sarl ("QAS"), the general partner of Quercus Assets Selection S.C.A. SICAV-SIF, a Luxembourg registered fund regulated by the CSSF.

QIP is the core entity of the Quercus group, offering advisory functions in identifying and assessing investment opportunities to recommend to QAS and Selectra as Alternative Investment Fund Manager. QIP also has a wholly owned subsidiary in Italy which supports QIP in carrying out its duties, sourcing investment opportunities in the Italian market.

QAS is a management company specialized in infrastructure investments and has no direct employees.

All the information contained in this report refers to the whole Quercus Group.
