In addition to have Mrs Ermise Perez in charge of the ESG topic in LFPI Gestion, LFPI Gestion is now part of the ICI (Initiative Climate International) and Ermise Perez is working in two groups (Awareness of the leaders and the investment team of the ESG and Climate Materiality Map) since September 2019. 

LFPI Gestion has been particularly active this year to increase its participation in ESG conferences or working groups (see SG 07.4) and to communicate information and ideas to its employees and portfolio companies.

We participated in several ESG committees, conferences and working groups in 2019 to get informed on the latest news concerning the ESG issues such as climate change and the latest report of the EU on Taxonomy.

 

          ICI (Initiative Climate International)

 Ermise Perez (ESG/CSR Manager) is working with 2 groups in the ICI (Initiative Climate International) with other of our peers to contribute to develop guides to help leaders, investors or Investment managers in their ESG strategies. Those guides are made through case studies and meetings.

Description

          We have prepared presentations with information and recent developments on the ESG / CSR issues for our investment managers in particular. Part of these trainings is also shared with the management teams of our investments.

          We contribute with our peers to make guides at the ICI also do meetings with our management and the investment team to promote ESG.

          We have prepared presentations with all the information and recent developments on the ESG / CSR issues for our team.
And frequently we meet up with our peers to discuss the materials that we would to put in the guides.

LFPI Gestion thinks that working together, in transparancy and better communicate is the key to achieve ESG best practices. The different initiatives described above in this report illustrate this.
