We disclose the funds' annual ESG impact report on Maj Invest's website - https://majinvest.com/en/equity-international/financial-inclusion/esg-impact/

The report includes environmental, social and governance factors based on the Smart Campaign, IRIS indicators and IFC governance methods. Social indicators such as outreach, client protection, non-financial services and employment. Environmental indicators include investees' approach climate change-related mitigation measures at institutional level and climate change-related adaptation measures for clients.

Ensure that investees adequately disclose the pricing, terms and conditions of financial products and services offered, and that the pricing, terms and conditions are understood by clients.

We are in close dialogue with our portfolio companies in which we have board seats. We review their policies and their webpage as well as visit branches to ensure that the pricing and conditions are clearly communicated to clients. Also, we monitor whether they are endorsers of or are certified by The Smart Campaign and The Client Protection Principles. One of the principles of this standard focuses on transparency.
