SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

An ESG task force consisting of LV's CEO, CIO, CLO and CRO along with all members of the asset management and risk departments have weekly meetings to evaluate and discuss progress on ESG implementation and strategy of LV in this respect.  Part of the work is to analyze LV's current portfolio and for that purpose we have exchanged data on our portfolio with Morningstar and had discussions with Sustainalytics and Bloomberg on further measuring our ESG footprint.  In terms of the DD of investment proposals, our DDQ have been updated to better reflect our increased awareness and focus on ESG related matters, built on PRI DDQ.
