Property managers are selected on the basis of requests for proposal which comprise extensive service catalogues. Major selection criterion is that the property manager has a regional office. Where possible, we expand cooperations with existing property managers.
Service catalogues include e.g. the following ESG issues:
- Reporting of operating / energy consumption data
- Maintenance measures
- Measures for the health and well-being of tenants
- Measures for optimization of energy consumption together with specialised companies
- Consulting and implementation of measures necessary for proper property management
