SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

The Investment Committee for Bloomberg Global Retirement Plans has ultimate responsibility for the IPS and its implementation.

The Global Benefits department is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of Bloomberg's ESG integration strategy with guidance from third parties.  Bloomberg's Global Head of Benefits and the benefits department are responsible for ensuring that ESG investment options address participant needs and do not compromise primary goals such as providing retirement income at reasonable cost.

External managers are responsible for overseeing and implementing responsible investment considerations in their investment portfolios where relevant as well as voting proxies. Service providers, such as consultants, are responsible for monitoring external managers for their alignment with the ESG investment processes that they have outlined and that this remains suitable and beneficial for Plan participants.
