SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

07.1. Indicate the internal and/or external roles used by your organisation, and indicate for each whether they have oversight and/or implementation responsibilities for responsible investment.

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

Investment Committee ensures that all ESG aspects are included as a fixed agenda point in relation to both Approval in Principal and Investment Approval Portfolio. One Investment Director is responsible for EHS, as well as social and labour issues and one Investment Director is responsible for governance issues. Lead Investment Director works with the ESG Manager to ensure that the ESMS of the fund is implemented at portfolio Level. The ESG Manager  is responsible for establishing and maintaining a management system for environmental and social matters of its underlying investments, assessing the impact of all new and ongoing investments as an integral part of the investment appraisal process. The ESG Manager is assisted  by ESG associates/Sustainability Manager. The portfolio company CEO coordinates with Frontier ESG Manager on all the ESG matters in the portfolio company.  Porfolio company ESH officers are in constant contact with Frontier's ESG Manager but formally report to the ESG manager through the Portfolio Manager on a monthly basis. Portfolio Community Liaison Officers report to ESG Associates/Sustainability Manager who in turn report to the ESG Manager.
