Portfolio managers and ESG portfolio manager are in charge of the implementation of RI. Board members and Investment Committee are in charge of the oversight for RI. Investor relations are in charge of accountability for RI.

Dedicated responsible investment staff have been selected, 2 from the investment team and 1 from the middle and back office. All investment officers and IR officers are responsible for ESG initiatives.

“Commitment for ESG” factors have been added to annual performance review and personnel evaluations for all functions of the firm. We conducted multi-faceted evaluations based and in particular, we evaluated the efforts of all RI dedicated responsible investment staff and provided feedback.
