Silverfleet Capital Partners LLP (“Silverfleet Capital”) is a private equity manager, and in this capacity recognises the impact private equity investments may have on the environment and society. Silverfleet Capital is committed to “responsible investment” (“RI”) and has formulated guidelines on and management of environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) issues with regard to its private equity investment activities, that recognise that RI should look to deliver both financial value and sustainable growth.

The conflicts of interest policy reflects the principle that Manager should observe the highest standards of integrity and fair dealing and also the principle that Manager should either avoid a conflict of interest arising or, when conflicts arose, should ensure fair treatment to all its customers by disclosure, by use of internal rules of disclosure to protect the clients’ interests, by declining to act or by other appropriate means.

Allocation policies are in place to regulate how investments are allocated between funds, where necessary, to manage conflicts in a transaparent manner.
