SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

07.1. Indicate the internal and/or external roles used by your organisation, and indicate for each whether they have oversight and/or implementation responsibilities for responsible investment.

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

In addition to the table above, we have the following people that are involved in assessing and managing climate-related risks and opportunities.

 

(i)                         Inge Larsen, CFO/Partner has the main responsibility for overseeing ESG-related questions and making sure that each person within the investment team takes their responsibility in following up their portfolio companies on set targets. 

(ii)                        Angelina Gajic, Executive assistant, is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the annual ESG reporting with the portfolio companies, as well as the UNPRI reporting and reporting to investors (LP)

(iii)                       Olav Osland Vik Mo, COO/Partner is involved in the development of the work we do around ESG.

 

Within all of our portfolio companies, we also have an appointed ESG person, who is responsible for the reporting, following up the targets and communication to the management and board.

 

Finally, we use MJ Hudson Spring as an external service provider, for conducting the annual review of ourselves as well as our portfolio companies. They also support us with updating our ESG policy and communications around ESG/sustainability.
