The investment policy statement of the OIP sets parameters for the asset mix. The first division is between public/private markets. The Policy statement within each of the primary asset classes provides further parameters that governs the diversification of the assets within the two primary categories of private and public markets.

Most of our public market mandates are global including both developed, emerging, and frontier markets. The investment manager has discretion to allocate the funds for which the manager has responsibility to invest in markets based on the firm's strategy. Consequently during the year the asset allocation by market differs.
