Nazca is a Spanish Private Equity management company which invests in non-quoted Spanish small and medium sized companies (sales between €30 and €200 million) through acquisition of shares and capital increases. Today, Nazca is managing three funds: Fund Nazca III (€232 million of commitments - currently, in divestment phase), Fund Nazca IV (€276 million of commitments - currently, in investment phase) and Fund Nazca V (targeting small-caps sector and with commitments of €150 million - currently, in investment phase). Nazca is specialized in partnering with families and management teams to develop both national and international growth plans.
