          Provided two ESG internships to an undergraduate student and a master's graduate for 2 and 6 months, respectively.

          We are in a direct dialogue with the companies we invest in and use every opportunity to promote responsible investment and ESG issues including transparent disclosure in order to support best practices. For example, we actively encourage REITs to report their ESG to GRESB in order to improve market ESG reporting standards and simultaneously reduce the REITs' burden of reporting to various entities.
