By financing real assets, infrastructure and innovative companies throughout the energy value chain and in interconnected sectors that facilitate the transition to a low carbon emission economy Exergy aims to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns.

Exergy is an appointed representative of Mirabella Advisers LLP, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Mirabella Malta Limited will be appointed as the alternative investment fund manager ("AIFM") of the Fund and the AIFM will appoint Mirabella Financial Services LLP (" the Portfolio Manager") as its delegate to carry out the portfolio management activities. One or more individuals from Exergy Capital Management LLP (“Exergy”) will be seconded to the Portfolio Manager.
