Asset Class

Describe what processes are in place and the outputs or outcomes achieved

Private equity

Skandia's ownership policy covers all assets, including internally managed private equity. Skandia's PE-team is continously and closely monitoring the ESG performance with the assistance of the ESG team.

Commodities

ESG issues are integrated in Skandia's commodities mandate and regulated in the investment guidelines. Skandia has also published a public paper on our view on commodities in relation to ESG.

Skandia only invests in commodity futures, not in actual commodities.

Money market instruments

Skandia's ownership policy covers all assets, including money market instruments. Money market instruments follow the same policies, guidelines and processes as Skandia's other fixed income investments. ESG is integrated in the investment process and monitored on a quarterly basis.
