Progress Achieved
          The climate corrected energy consumption (heat) should decrease with 3% yearly until 2020 and there after 1,5% until 2030 (accumulated decrease).
          Use Byggvarubedömningen as environmental assessment system for materials and products.
          Measure waste in our properties
          We have reduced the energy consumption with totally 9,0 % between 2012 and 2019.
          Fully implemented in our new Construction and partly in existing stock.

          Suppliers shall go through an ESG risk assessment
          Collaboration with tenants to decrease unemployment through a programme called CentrumAkademin
          Implemented tool and process has started. Questionnaire sent out.
          50 percent success rate of people attending the programme

          Sustainability strategy developed
          Update of Sustainability Policy
          Through a materiality analysis togehter with the management and chosen employees an overall sustainability strategy has been developed. Implementation is ongoing.
          A new policy is produced and we are waiting for an acception from the board members.
