SG 13. ESG issues in strategic asset allocation

13.1. Indicate whether the organisation carries out scenario analysis and/or modelling, and if it does, provide a description of the scenario analysis (by asset class, sector, strategic asset allocation, etc.).

Describe Climate risk modelling will be applied in the upcoming ALM-study and Own Risk Assessment. Both the risk of physical damage and transitional risk will be assessed.

SG 14. Long term investment risks and opportunity

14.1. Some investment risks and opportunities arise as a result of long term trends. Indicate which of the following are considered.

The pension fund has conducted an intial carbon intensity measurement of its investment portfolio in 2018 and 2019. The 2019 determined the starting point to evaluate future performance in terms of reduction of carbon emissions. A new one will be conducted in 2020 Q2 in order to check outcomes. If carbon data becomes more widely available a formal carbon reduction target will be determined.

Coal mines will be excluded as the Carbon intensity is too high of these investments. The exclusion of coal-fired utilities is under investigation.

During the next ALM-study climate risks will be analyzed and formally integrated in the overal risk management. This is not yet the case.
