We typically invest in strong companies in attractive business niches with growth potential, and with solid, tested and long-lasting business models, going hand in hand with top and committed management teams that want to lead transformation projects.

We acquire controlling stakes through buy-out transactions, growth equity, and recapitalization and invest an average ticket of €15M -€50M in each company.

Miura Private Equity is a private investment firm with its headquarters in Barcelona. Currently it has assets under management of €1.100M approximately through Miura Fund II, Miura Fund III and Miura Frutas Fund, all three entities supervised by the CNMV, the Spanish Securities Market Commission.

The firm specialises in investing in small and medium-sized Spanish companies, with attractive expansion and consolidation potential and international projects. Since 2008, Miura has invested in more than 40 companies, and in 2019 it closed the largest agribusiness fund in Europe.
