We actively collaborate with Spanish and global associations such as Ship2B and Ashoka respectively, which encourage social impact investment and entrepreneurship. The company directors often attend and participate in conferences organised by these and other organizations debating and tackling social impact.

One of the company directors is at present vice president of the Spanish venture capital association ASCRI and actively collaborates with promoting activities to raise awareness regarding responsible investment, among others by sponsoring ESG category awards within the Spanish PE yearly awards.

In that regard, we have participated in the guide of "Responsible Investment" to the Private Equity sector in Spain, published in 2020 by ASCRI and PwC.

We are also members of the Natural Capital Partners and our aim is to reduce our company's carbon offset emissions to zero. We also collaborate supporting sustainable development projects promoted by this association.

Furthermore, in our ESG strategy the UN Sustainable Development Goals have been taking into consideration; specifically SDG 5 - gender equality; SDG 8 - decent work and economic growth; SDG 11 sustainable cities and communities; and SDG 13 climate action.

Through our investments we try to align strategies and operations with universal principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, and take actions accordingly.
