CDC's ExCo and Board have implemented a set of limits to help us monitor and manage concentration risks in order to safeguard our portfolio, including our ability to meet our investment return target. Limits and triggers are reviewed by the Risk Committee at least annually.

We answered this section assuming it relates to underlying borrowers of our investees, in which case we do assess whether our investees implement these practices as part of our diligence, formerly through the SMART Campaign CPPs and now through the CDC Customer Protection tool. If this section was meant to apply to our direct investees, then we are a transparent investor who ensures through our legal processes and our own application of CPPs that our investees understand the terms, conditions, and resolution options available as a part of the investment process.
