All investments are covered by AMF policy on ethics and sustainability. In our property portfolio - consisting of direct investments dominated by our wholly owned subsidiary AMF Fastigheter (80 %) - these rules are mainly incorporated and monitored through owners' directives. In addition, AMF promotes public sustainability reporting and classification to relevant standards depending on region. We also monitor relevant climate related assessments, reporting and target setting.

AMF did not make any new property investments in 2019. However, we made a stratgic deciscion to remove a geography as a potential site for property investemetns due to our long term investment horizon and geographical challanges in the region, non the least relating to climate risk.
