 AMF participated in several collaborative engagements within PRI during the past year.

In Swesif we collaborate with like-minded organisations to seek improvement in transparency and standards on ESG.

AMF signed United nations Global Compact 2014 and produced its first Communicatin on Progress in February 2015

          The Institutional Investors Association in Sweden

AMF Chairs the Institutional Investors Association in Sweden. We give input to legislation and compliance standards. The Association consists of 16 institutional owners holding approximately 20% of OMX Nasdaq Stockholm Stock Exchange

AMF is Member of the Board.

The Association has over 40 member companies which collectively represent the majority of fund-based savings in Sweden.

AMF is an active member giving input and discussing methodogical issues andparticipated in road testing during 2019.

 

 

          Swedish Investors for Sustainable Development

SISD: A network for knowledge sharing around Agenda 2030. GRI and UN Global Compact called on the swedish investor community to engage in discussions on UN Sustainable Development Goals. AMF has participated in meetings hosted by SIDA. AMF was one of many investors who signed a letter called "the Stockholm Declaration" ephasizing the commitment of the gathered investment community towards contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

This year we shifted our focus to the working group (around SDG 8) and human rights in food supply chain risks. The group will publish an investor guide to the issue in 2020.

Description

          Held the first AMF Climate week: A week of activities ranging from training, education, information och inspriation for all AMF staff. The week held several sessions relating to RI parcises and climate.

          Initiated a new network of institutional property/real estate investors focusing on climate related risk and ESG practises and reporting with the aim of collaboratory promoting change and find common ground in asks and challangers in both direct and fund investments.
