PR 08. ESG issues in post-investment activities

All investments are covered by AMF policy on ethics and sustainability. In our property portfolio - dominated by our wholly owned subsidiary AMF Fastigheter (80 %) - these rules are mainly incorporated and monitored through owners' directives. In addition, AMF promotes public sustainability reporting and classification to relevant standards depending on region.

We currently monitor both policy and other ESG considerations relating to our property investments. At least on a yearly basis, this review is documented an reported internally. The content and structure of the owners' directives are also assessed on a yearly basis.

All but one examples above come from our wholly owned subsidiary AMF Fastigheter (80% of our property portfolio). We promote setting and reporting KPI:s on sustainability in all our property investments.
