01.6. Additional information [optional]

The Fonds has adopted a Sustainable Development Framework Policy, which overarches its investment and integrated asset management policies. This policy specifies the Fonds’ approach to responsible investment for its Development capital investments portfolio and its Other assets portfolio:

  • ESG integration in investment decisions;
  • Engagement approaches (proxy voting and dialogue);
  • Targeted exclusions.

Listed equities included in the Fonds’ Development capital investments portfolio are voted internally, whereas listed equities part of its Other assets portfolio are voted by an external firm. All shares – regardless of the portfolio they belong to – must be voted in compliance with the Fonds’ Proxy voting policy. The Fonds has also mandated an external firm to engage some investee companies on ESG matters (Other assets portfolio).
