          Terms of Reference (TOR's) amendments to Internal Investment Committee (IIC) and Private Market Committee (PMC) review guidelines and procedures.
        
          Non-discretionary Asset Class Advisors
        

Measures

          Mandatory conference call with advisor to review and substantiate ESG guideline requirements for non-discretionary GP/LP's in the due diligence analysis and final recommendations to the respective committees.

The investment approach is consistent with the best practices adopted by the UNJSPF broader policy guidelines, including:

  • Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI)
  • United Nations Global Compact (UNGC)
  • United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI)

OIM holistically integrates ESG throughout the entirety of the Fund's internal and external investment process, including periodic reporting of the following components:

We have developed Responsible Investment Guidelines for different asset classes - Equities, Fixed Income, Private Equity, Real Estate.

The Investment Officers are now using the Responsible Investment Guidelines.

We collaborated with the different investment officers to establish due-dilgence checklists for different asset classes. These checklists are considered before any investment recommendation is finalized.

The due-diligence checklists are now being used by different investment officers.

All the investment officers and staff have been trained on using RepRisk platform for reputational risk screening of Private Equity, Real Estate and Real Assets.
